Holiday Rates
*Christmas $485/night for the first 6 guests, $20 per night per additonal guest,4 nights minimum.
December 30-Jan 2 $450/night for the first 6 guests, $20 per night per additional guest, 4 nights minimum.
* Thanksgiving holiday is $345/night,3 nights minimum.
* October festivals are $265/weekday night, $345/ weekkend night, $20 per night per additional guest.
Ice festival weekend $315/night for 2 night bookings, $295/night for 3 night booking.
Cleaning:
$95/stay for up to 8 guests (up to 3.5 hrs);
$115/stay for up to12 guests (up to 4.5 hours cleaning);
Additional cleaning is charged at $25/hr - it is direct bill from cleaning service. We contracted the most competitive rates with high quality service, please make sure to leave all the indoor and outdoor furniture where they were when you checked in; all dirty dishes rinsed and in dish washer, trash in trash bags before you leave. |
